I've been looking for a good dentist for my daughter for a long time, with good hygiene and good service. I found it with them. I've been here for four years, I think, and the service is always the same, and the hygiene is maintained.Today my daughter got braces, and the doctor and the entire staff were friendly and accommodating. My daughter is very happy, as am I, with the service.

Dr.Briana and Brandan is so sweet I had the best experience with then Dr.Briana is so patient with them kids and my daughter love her she keep asking for her every time we go there my daughter said she look like Elsa form frozen and Mr.Brandan explained to detail word for word I highly recommend both of them DR.BRIANA is just the best ♥️

All of the staff from receptionist to hygienist to doctor, everyone is very very friendly. We got the appointment within 1 day whereas all other dentists have long waiting time for appointment. Also they took us in within few minutes after reaching there. The doctor was very considerate about my son since he is only 2 years old and was resisting and crying a lot, so the doctor didn’t push too hard for cleaning. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went to this place one week ago and the Colombian receptionist treated my daughter and me like a garbage, unfortunately the doctors will lose a lot patients because of this unprofessional person in charge of the reception, I’ll never come to this place again because I’ll be a big problem. People like that don’t deserve a job like this, because make the business go down.

I will not Return to this Location. My son Tooth was hurting. Wednesday I called to make an appointment for him. They asked me if I could come in on Saturday morning at 9am. I arrived at 8:30am. The lady said there is no doctor there, They only do Cleaning. So why did you not tell me that from the time I called to make an appointment about his tooth hurting. I just wasted Carfare to get here.

Took my daughter here as a new patient. We were running 11 minutes late. I tried to call the office for 10 minutes there was no answer. When we arrived the front desk stated she was unable to be seen because there is a 10 minute grace period. Have they told me this when I initially scheduled the appointment I wouldn't have bothered going and would've rescheduled due to the fact I was going to be a few minuets late. If you have certain protocols they should be communicated when scheduling. A waste of time.

It was a bit hard to get in contact with Magic Squad via phone to confirm an appointment but after an email I received a response. When I arrived the waiting area and bathroom was clean. The staff and dentists were very welcoming and thorough. I will be bringing my son back as a regular and I recommend Magic Squad for your child too.

My daughter loves Magic Squad Dental. They are kind and patient and have tv screens on the ceilings to entertain the kids above the dental chairs. They even give kids a little gift from the magic treasure chest which she looks forward to each visit. Very clean and friendly environment and hardly no wait time. Magic Squad has the best name. The entire squad knows how to work their magic and make kids...and parents feel so comfortable. My 8yr daughter actually doesn't cry when she goes. They talk to her throughout the service and the dentists and dental assistants always keep the parent in the conversation and is very open to questions. I love it here...correction, we (my daughter and I) love it here. The toys and stickers are a great bonus

From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted… everyone was so nice and friendly our son was so comfortable you would have thought he went there before, mind you this was our first visit lol…..this was also his first time taking X-rays and the tech made it fun for him it was a breeze. This was my first time taking my son to a dentist visit. The experience was amazing! We had our appointment at 9 AM and were taken in very quickly. The Dental Hygienist Rachel was so sweet and friendly. She worked on my son’s teeth so well and explained to all of us what she was doing. She provided us with feedback on how to continue to take care of my son’s teeth. The x-rays were taken efficiently and the doctor came in very quickly and provided a fluoride liquid to help my son with his sensitivity. We were done with our appointment by 9:35 AM. The fastest I’ve ever been done with a dental appointment and didn’t feel rush or not heard. The office is clean, organized and all of the staff are friendly! I know some reviews say the receptionist are rude I did NOT experience that. Everyone was courteous, helpful and respectful. 5/5 for me, book your appointment!

This place needs to be looked into every time I try to come in it’s a problem and I’m starting to think they’re racist because it’s an all Spanish staff and they have Spanish customers. They say they only give a 10 minute grace period and even with the 10 minutes they still refuse to see you with an empty office smh I’m trying to make an appointment the person I’m talking to ignores me and looks at another Spanish client the whole time who is already being taken care of by another staff smh.

It is a horror and disgusting to try to communicate with these people, this dentist is simply useless apart from the fact that they only know how to say that insurance covers almost nothing, they never answer calls, the receptionists are disgusting at answering, horrible service in that office for hahahaha kids the city has to close that to them because those girls who don't do anything don't answer a call

This was a great dentist for my 6year old.. we went to another “pediatric” dentist when he was around 3 and it kinda scared him, she has no beside manner for young kids.. so I knew I had to find a dentist who really knew how to deal with children now that he has his grown teeth. Parking is a doozy, so arrive early and plan to walk a bit if driving. Very clean and bright and pleasant for children.. we were seen timely for the appointment .. dentist and techs were kind and friendly.. my son was relaxed and felt so brave.. we will be staying here!

We always have a great time at magic squad dental. Their attention to detail is unmatched. I have a large family with five kids and they love going every single time. They're fast and thorough. The kids get great gifts and everyone is so nice and caring. They are also especially patient with special needs children which is great to see. My kids love this office especially my 4 year old, he was very excited to get fillings :/ We had been going to another office on woodhaven were they cried during the entire visit not only that but they demanded I use the laughing gas otherwise they wouldn't do fillings on my daughter..... OH YEA before I forget the price for laughing gas there is very expensive compare to Magic Squad. Dr.Amanda was very informative and answer all my questions my kids loved her and want to only see her again.overall The Staff was amazing as well! front desk receptionist Ashely is very nice. :)

My daughter started at this dentist in March of this year. The office is really clean which is a plus for me. The front desk staff is professional. My daughter had to get five cavities filled. This is my first time taking my daughter to a pediatric dentist, (before I would take her to my dentist). I wish I had known about this place all along. The facility is clean, and colorful. The women at the front desk were friendly and attentive. I really like that the kids can watch TV while in the dental chair, and be distracted while the service gets done. My daughter was very comfortable and calm while getting her cleaning. I also love the treasure chest...the kids get to choose a toy from it before leaving. It was an awesome first time visit. I would recommend this place.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. Just came back from taking my daughter to this dentist for her first dentist visit and it was great. All of the staff are friendly, the environment is also kid friendly, and they give awesome communication/feedback with us, the parents and the children. If I could’ve give this place more stars , I definitely would. The appointment started on time and I was Informed of the proper treatment plan moving forward from the Dentist. I know it’s cliche to do five stars , but i have never been at such ease with a dentist that is only for children. Not only is Magic Squad the most comfortable place my children have ever been during a visit but the place is immaculate and the staff are amazing and professional. Wow! This is a really great pediatric dental clinic. The staff are all very kind and gentle and super attentive to making their young patients feel comfortable. The TV screens on the ceiling above the dental chair really help!You can tell this practice cares deeply about everyone's safety and are respectful of your appointment time. We were seen right away. Dr. Pinto was great. Our hygienist Jennifer was also wonderful and dedicated equal amount of time for the cleaning and explaining the best hygiene tips for toddlers.You can also tell they are well organized and efficient by the text reminders for your appointment, to the digital patient forms you can fill out on your phone before your appointment, and how clean and open it is on the clinic side. Front house staff are nice and warm, and waiting area is generous with the space.If you live in the neighborhood, I 1000% recommended this pediatric dental clinic.

We just had an appointment today for my two boys, my youngest being autistic. It was a great experience!!! Everyone from front desk, to medical assistants and the doctor, Dr. Pinto were amazing, patient, nice and communicated everything that was happening with my kids teeth. Love it!!! My kid had a total and complete nervous breakdown. Was hyperventilating and frantic the entire time but the team was sooooo fantastic and handled it so well! I’m happy to say that my expectations were surpassed by the level care everyone took. If I could give them 6 stars I would. The facility is also very clean and organized.

I can honestly say this was thee BEST dental office I've ever been to for my child. The dentist-Dr. Joe was amazing, as well as his assistant. My daughter was the most calm I have ever seen her in a dental office. The procedures were done quickly and without complication. I took my 3 child to Magic Squad Dental on Saturday and I can definitely say it was the best dental appointment my children have ever had. I was recommended by a friend and I can tell you they are all the best. The receptionist is friendly the X-ray tech was amazing with my little girl, the dental hygienist was amazing with all my kids and the dentist very attentive and Informative. Went for my daughter’s first ever dental checkup. She was few days shy of her 1st birthday. The clinic was super clean, there was social distancing and staff was so polite & attentive. Very modern, with up-to-date equipment which made me feel confident that my daughter is getting the best care. Top it all off, Dr. Pinto was so thorough in her check-up and we had no waiting time. Today was my first time at this office. I was completely surprised at how clean and new the facility was. Every single staff member that I encountered was super friendly and professional. They are definitely a children focused business. My daughter (5yrs old) had to have an extraction and a crown put on and all with minimal pain. The doctor was very patient with her. Never got annoyed because of the crying and moving my daughter was doing. She maintained her calm, friendly demeanor the whole time. My daughter isn’t even in pain and we’ve been home for 3 hrs now. By far the best pediatric dental experience I’ve had! We definitely be returning with my younger 2 .

Today was both of my boys first dentist visit. The staff is great. The dental assistants were so sweet, they were explaining every step to the boys and explaining what the tools did. They honestly enjoyed it and weren’t scared which is a huge plus. Even my husband was impressed.Waiting to get see took a little long, but I also arrived about 20-30 minutes late (traffic) and they had a movie playing so it wasn’t so bad. Over all would definitely recommend.

I left my first review over a year ago and am still coming back! Magic Squad has been seeing my son since his first initial Dental visit. The facility is clean, very modern and they have TVs for the children to watch a over the chairs during their visit. Dr. Pinto is always present and such a sweet heart. She is so patient. All the dental assistants are also great (we had Rachel assisting us today!) Definitely the place to be for children.Thank you all!

I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel I have to let other parents know how great this office is.The quality of the service is outstanding.My 11 year old son was very nervous to meet his new dentist but all that fear went to the window once he was greeted by the hygienist.She was extremely gentle and sweet.She explained in detail all she was going to be doing for the visit to make him feel at ease.The doctor was also very warm and gentle.The office is immaculate.The check in process was speedy fast.The girls at the reception were very nice and helpful.We waited for about 5 minutes until we were called in.Overall, a great experience.We won’t go back to our last dentist.We’ll definitely continue coming to Magic Squad 😄

10/10Their COVID regulation management supersedes any office! The cleanliness of the office is immaculate, staff are super friendly and kid approved. Wait time 🤔🤔 what’s that!!!X-ray technician was super soft and encouraging (hard to get a 3 year old to ya know sit perfectly for x-rays).Doctor Pinto was excellent she informed me of everything showed my 3 year old what she was doing every step of the way.Procedure was a breeze my daughter feel asleep (mix of laughing gas and nap time) and they still kept rubbing her arm ensuring her she was safe and still talked her through the procedure. Literally the best experience any mother could ever ask for for an extraction multiple fillings

My grandson had 12 cavities. And the dentist filled all the cavities and gave him 5 crowns in two hours. They gave him laughing gas which help to relax him.They have a Tv on the ceiling for the kids to look at movies.which helped my grandson relax initially.The dentist was very professional and soft speaking AS WELL AS the dental assistant and they helped to put my grandson at ease while working on his mouth.THEY EXPlAINED TO ME THE PROCEDURE AND THEY had a diagram on the screen with the cavities that needed to be addressed.THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

The Magic Squad Dental are really Magic! Sparkling clean place, beautiful office. All staff are super friendly and professional. The X-ray technician superprofeccional, explained every step. the same with MA and Doctor. explained all important info not to parent only, but in very understandable way for kids too. Kids enjoyed the visit and watching cartoons , while in exam chair. the front desk very nice and professional, at first, advised to fill out paperwork for new patients online, which saved us a lot of time in the office. no waiting at all. we had very pleasant time during the visit/treatment. This is the most amazing and professional pediatric dentistry .

I really like this place!! I called because my daughter's gums were swollen on one side of her mouth and she was experiencing some discomfort in one of her molars on the same side. The receptionist/administrative assistant squeezed us in for the following day. From start to finish, it was a smooth experience. The office was very clean and all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The Dr was good and also good with my daughter, as were the dental assistant and the hygienist -- who both took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. My daughter enjoyed watching Netflix on the overhead screen, getting her oral hygiene package after the cleaning AND choosing a gift at the end of the visit :) We have to go back in two weeks and my daughter has no qualms about returning to Magic Squad Dental. I also scheduled routine cleanings for my two sons before we left. I think we've found our new pediatric dentist!

Amazing experience! Super friendly staff , gentle and sweet doctor and really honest! My 4 year old son had according to previous dentist 8 cavities which was hard to believe . We were told by previous dentist it would require at least 2-4 appointments to get them all filled and laughing gas was a must which they charged $110 a session ! I found Magic squad dental and they told me they charge half the price for the gas and are even able to fill in all cavities in one sitting as long as the child will be feeling okay and cooperative. When we came the whole staff was very sweet and wait time was very fast . After the x Ray the dentist told us he only had 3 real cavities and the rest were in between the teeth and tiny so there was no need to fill them now since they are baby teeth and hopefully with proper dental hygiene they won’t need to ever be filled. The office was very clean and neat and there was even an overhead television for the child to watch during the procedure. The dentist and assistant were so kind to my son the whole time and tried to distract him nicely without any words to bring fear . At the end of the procedure my son starting moving a lot and looked uncomfortable since he needed to get a crown on one of his teeth and they managed it very patiently and gently . After everything was over the dentist told me that although the laughing gas did it’s job it didn’t do its job as perfectly as she would have hoped since in the end my son was a drop uncomfortable and therefore she won’t drop me for it . Like what ?!!! WOW! I never saw such honesty and true care before in any doctor office ! The laughing gas worked 95% of the time and yet since it’s wasn’t perfect she didn’t charge. Now that’s a place I would bring my kid back to ! Thank you Dr. Pinto and Magic Squad Dental for such fantastic service !! Our new pediatric dentist for the family !

We had ZERO wait time!! Yes ZERO (idk if it was because of the pandemic, but regardless we felt safe)The office was extremely clean, they have a tv on the ceiling to help keep the kids calm. My first experience at Magic Squad Dental was amazing. First of all my 2 in a half year old daughter has autism and I let the reception know right away but they assured me the dentist has very good experience with kids on the spectrum. The staff members are friendly from the first second you walk through the door. The dentist is great she introduced herself and step by step told me what she’ll be doing to my daughters teeth. She even gave me some good tips on how to brush my daughters teeth at home, since my daughter really doesn’t let me get in her mouth due to sensory issues. Once you walk in, there’s a friendly greeting from the staff. They are truly great with kids, patient and kind. The dentist explain step by step what they are doing to the children. A lot of kids hear the word dentist and get scared but this place is tranquil and worry free!

My son had the best dental appointment here. Super clean and friendly environment. He even got a toy and lots of stickers to go home with. Great age appropriate education given about dental hygiene. LOVE THEM!!!

I do not frequently rate any experience but my son requested that I review his new dentist office because "It was the best dentist ever."My eight year old son had 2 extractions and did not shed a tear. Dr. Pinto and the staff at Magic Squad are phenomenal. They quickly return my inquiry, informed of costs and were extremely courteous. The office is clean and equipped with new equipment including cealing TVs. The dentist explained the procedure to both my son and me before and during the cleaning and extractions. I left will definitely recommend this office.

I am so glad I found this place for my baby's first dentist appointment. The overall experience was great from the beginning scheduling the appointment over the phone to the great job of the doctor. Not a long waiting, such a beautiful and clean space and the way my little one was treated is priceless. I highly recommend this place.

So far I absolutely love this dentist. The staff are amazing. So kind, understanding and sweet. The dentist very kind and professional. They know how to work with kids. Love that about this place. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to every single person that I know. My daughter was put to sleep on monday and the dentist and her crew did a beautiful job and fixed everything. I'm so glad Magic squad dental opened up here in the neighborhood!!!!

Had an appointment for my children this morning and LOVED the experience. Nurses are A+. The dentist was very caring and educated me on many aspects of their dental hygiene. Best part about it was the wait time. Quick and thorough!

Nice new and modern office space. Spacious and clean. Appointments aren't a hassle. Great doctor and staff as well. Finally a good pediatric dentist that kids love. Will continue to patronize this practice.

What a wonderful addition to Woodhaven!From start to finish, my son's office visit was perfect. The office is clean and everything is brand new. The waiting room is built to keep children entertained as they wait. The woman at the front desk was super pleasant and helpful. She answered all of my questions over the phone and even helped check with my child's insurance.Dr. Pinto is a dream! Seriously. She has a sweet bedside manner and made sure that my child was absolutely comfortable before proceeding with the exam. The office is 100% geared toward building a confident relationship between your child and their dentist. 10-10 recommend to anyone who is looking for a new provider or for any child who has had a scary experience in the past.
